the competition prize is for a one day maintenance job only. (max 8 seater table and 8 chairs.)
furniture in need of structural renovation will not be eligible.
no painted maintenance can be undertaken on site and will thus not be eligible.
only stone and wood surfaces with rust or galvanised metal finishes, are eligible.
the competition is open to homeowners only. no commercial properties.
owner run airbnb and guesthouses may compete.
