Maintenance Manager
We are looking for someone to oversee our onsite maintenance service.
It is a part time position and would suit a retired person.
We prefer the applicant to live in the Deep South in order to collect staff from Capricorn.
Must be practical – able to assess the furniture and undertake repairs that can be managed on site.
Also be prepared to get stuck in to the job.
Have good communication skills and rapport with clients and staff.
Must have a vehicle to transport staff. (Travel Expenses will be covered.)
