WE DO NOT HAVE A TRADE PRICE LIST. hope offers decorators, architects and landscapers a 10% commission which is payable on receipt of final payment of the order.

COMMISSION INVOICES MUST BE SENT WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF THE HOPE INVOICE

please provide VAT no. and invoicing details at quotation stage

if not VAT registered please invoice us 10% on the ex-VAT total. if uncertain please contact us

payments can be made by your customer, but the invoice will made out to the trade customer

commission is not payable on cushions, maintenance products and additional costs

5% is payable on referrals only if the decorator has informed hope via email PRIOR to the customer visiting our showroom. this will not apply to existing hope customers

please ensure that you have read up on our finishes and that your customer understands the required maintenance procedure. a maintenance kit will be added to the order. if taking delivery of an order, please ensure your customer receives it.
